Totally agree with previous comment, we have had up to 8 cars parked in our road, no tax or insurance, council have been notified also police, you can report these cars as abandoned to nfdc, they will send out a traffic control officer out who will send an enforcement notice for said vehicles to be removed, hope this helps.
