As a person living on the bread line like so many other, it is impossible to afford a BT home telephone line, and have to resort to mobiles only.

This make phoning any of the nessacary Tax DWP Doctors Hospitals beyond my means.

It would be very useful to have ordinary number available for those of use who need them, instead of making money out of us..
